As AI capabilities continue to evolve, there is an opportunity to thoughtfully explore how these tools can support and streamline leadership workflows.
In this role, you will serve as a dedicated AI resource within the Founder’s Office evaluating tools, designing workflows, and building prototypes that enhance how information is organized, prioritized, and used to support decision-making.
This work will contribute to the development of a Founder’s Office AI Operating Model, outlining how AI can be applied in a practical, secure, and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prototype the use of modern AI tools and agent-based systems to support executive productivity
- Design and test workflows that enhance calendar management, including prioritization, time allocation, and meeting preparation
- Develop approaches to inbox management, including categorization, summarization, prioritization, and draft response generation
- Build and maintain a centralized, AI-enabled knowledge system (e.g., Notion or similar) to organize key information, insights, and communications
- Explore tools that support pre-meeting briefings and information synthesis to improve executive preparedness
- Create systems to track and organize key relationships, including developing an influence-mapping framework
- Translate research into practical, working solutions that can be tested and refined in a real-world setting
- Partner closely with the Founder’s Office to pilot and integrate solutions into daily workflows
- Document findings and recommendations to support broader organizational application
- Direct exposure to executive operations and leadership workflows
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools in a practical business environment
