Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Support the design of enterprise talent development frameworks, including early concepts for career pathways and leadership development
- Assist in building succession planning tools and templates (e.g., role profiles, readiness assessments, talent reviews)
- Conduct benchmarking research on best practices across high-performing organizations
- Analyze Associate Voice Survey (AVS) data to identify key themes and actionable insights
- Support the development of enterprise and function-level action plans
- Help track and measure progress against engagement initiatives and key performance indicators
- Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) across core People processes
- Support process mapping efforts and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability
- Contribute to the development of a more centralized and consistent Shared Services model
- Exposure to enterprise-level People & Culture strategy in a multi-industry organization
- Hands-on experience designing and improving talent, engagement, and operational processes
- Opportunity to contribute to initiatives that directly impact associate experience and organizational effectiveness
- Experience working across functions to support scalable, business-aligned People solutions
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights
- Interest in People strategy, organizational effectiveness, and associate experience
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate with ownership, curiosity, and a growth mindset
