We’ve partnered with a well-established organization seeking a Bilingual Receptionist / Executive Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity covering a leave, with strong potential for long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations and creating a professional, welcoming environment
- Answer and route incoming calls, manage messages, and assist visitors
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, document prep, and office coordination
- Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Support executive leadership with calendar management, correspondence, and logistics
- Draft and edit emails, reports, and internal communications
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 3 years of office/admin experience (corporate environment preferred)
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership is a strong plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required) – verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Professional communication skills and polished presentation
