We’re seeking a reliable Assembly Administrative Associate/Production Coordinator to support a manufacturing client that produces large industrial equipment. This role combines administrative accuracy with hands-on coordination inside a busy production facility. You’ll help keep assembly operations organized by managing documentation, tracking parts, and ensuring data is accurate in the MRP system.
Responsibilities
Print and review sales orders, pick lists, and blueprints to support assembly workflow
Move parts and materials to designated areas as needed
Work with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve reporting discrepancies
Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication
Enter and update assembly data in the MRP system
Support the Assembly Control Manager with additional tasks
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1 year experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inventory support
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent English communication: Spanish proficiency preferred
Accurate data entry skills
Experience with MRP systems
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing or assembly processes
Blueprint reading and basic shop math are pluses
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, bending throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Salary : $22 - $24
