Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate (Upstream/Downstream)

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our Manufacturing team in both Upstream and Downstream operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated biopharma environment and build a strong foundation in biologics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Upstream Manufacturing:

• Assist with cell culture processes, including media preparation, bioreactor setup, and monitoring
• Support inoculation, sampling, and harvesting activities
• Maintain accurate batch records and documentation

Downstream Manufacturing:

• Perform purification processes such as filtration and chromatography
• Prepare buffers and solutions
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and validation activities

General Duties:

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Document all activities clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality and Engineering
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Preferred (but not required):

• Internship or lab experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings
• Basic understanding of GMP principles
