job Title: Warehouse Worker (GMP Experience Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, storing, and distributing materials while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products according to GMP guidelines
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse conditions in compliance with GMP and safety standards
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified)
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
• Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing)
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and documentation practices
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
