A law firm in Boston has teamed up with KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting in search of a Legal Billing Representative. This individual will be part of a larger billing team and be responsible for helping attorneys and their assistants with client billing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with future growth potential. The Legal Billing Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Review, prepare and approve client bills
- Prepare time and billing reports
- Prepare and distribute pre-bills
- Resolve billing issues
- Ad hoc projects, requests
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2 years of billing experience within a law firm setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with electronic billing systems
Hybrid: 3 days in office / week
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 plus excellent benefits
