Responsibilities
- Make a high-volume of collections calls to customers
- Send and respond to collections-related emails
- Analyze and investigate historic aging accounts
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all billing is accurate
- Research and resolve customer credit issues
- Assist in other areas/departments as needed.
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business related field
- Prior collections experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
