Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and ensure financial information is accurate and complete
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and various balance sheet accounts
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Research and resolve discrepancies and assist with account analysis
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, audits, and other accounting projects as needed
- Work closely with internal teams to gather financial information and resolve accounting-related questions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of accounting experience preferred; public accounting experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with an ERP or accounting system preferred
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
