Responsibilities

• Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment shortages, and billing discrepancies
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and correct account variances
• Prepare and issue customer invoices while monitoring outstanding receivables
• Manage customer deductions, track disputes, and assist with collection efforts
  
  

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cash applications and resolving payment discrepancies
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
  
  

This is a fully onsite role. Compensation is $20-$24/hour depending on experience.
