- Develop new client relationships within finance and accounting through targeted prospecting and business development
- Build, manage, and grow a book of business focused on accounting, finance, FP&A, audit, tax, and related roles
- Partner with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and business priorities
- Deliver consultative recruiting solutions across permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire placements
- Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to advise on market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
- Negotiate search terms, fees, and hiring structures aligned with client goals
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong candidate delivery and execution
- Maintain consistent sales activity to achieve individual and team revenue targets
- Provide a high level of client service to build long-term, repeat business relationships
