What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
- Review and oversee complex individual, trust, estate, and partnership tax returns
- Identify and implement tax planning and advisory opportunities for clients
- Serve as a strategic advisor by understanding client goals and providing proactive solutions
- Mentor and develop staff members while contributing to a strong team culture
- Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance client service, processes, and practice growth
- CPA or EA designation required
- 8 years of progressive tax experience
- Strong background in individual and trust taxation
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clients or private client services preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
