This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience working within fast-paced financial operations environments.
Responsibilities Include
- Review orders for pricing, margin accuracy, and billing compliance
- Perform reconciliations related to service orders, engineering hours, costing sheets, and invoicing activity
- Support billing workflows including staff augmentation billing, third-party services billing, and consumption-based invoicing
- Assist with financial reporting including booked sales, costing analysis, invoiced revenue, deferred revenue, and profitability reporting
- Track contracts, change orders, invoicing activity, and usage validation
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, reporting gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams
- 2-5 years of experience within finance operations, accounting, financial analysis, or related environments
- Strong reconciliations, reporting, and financial data validation experience
- Exposure to billing, invoicing, payment operations, or revenue-related workflows
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and complex formulas
- Experience working with ERP systems and large data sets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
