Account & Cash Operations Coordinator

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established financial services organization seeking an Account & Cash Operations Coordinator to join its Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with trust operations, cash management, or account administration experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage account openings, account maintenance, and account closures within the trust accounting system.
• Process cash receipts, disbursements, and account transactions accurately and in accordance with internal controls.
• Monitor overdrawn accounts and resolve cash-related exceptions.
• Ensure all account activity complies with governing documents, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Support OFAC, KYC, AML, and CFT compliance requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to improve operational workflows and enhance system utilization.
• Participate in trust system enhancements, process improvements, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in trust operations, cash operations, or account administration
• Knowledge of trust operations and applicable regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with trust accounting systems and custodial platforms preferred
