Responsibilities For The Senior Financial Analyst Position
- Partner with finance leaders to provide financial insights, reporting, and decision support
- Support month-end close activities including reconciliations, variance analysis, and accruals
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying key trends and performance drivers
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, including development of financial projections and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain financial models to support new initiatives, growth strategies, and operational planning
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to enhance visibility into financial and operational performance
- Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to leadership in a clear, actionable manner
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience working with mid to large ERP systems and reporting tools (Oracle, SAP, Power BI, or similar platforms a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
