Job Description:
- Demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with youth, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide care using your strong knowledge of community resources and services
- Show understanding towards individuals from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate sensitivity to group and cultural differences
- Collaboration is key in this role—experience working across all levels of an organization and fostering positive workplace relationships is essential
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Hawaii (Required)
- Experience working with youth who have had involvement in the Child Welfare system, Juvenile Justice system, or who have experienced houselessness or housing insecurity is highly valued
- Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, and access to a privately owned vehicle with valid no-fault insurance
- First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
- Action-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong critical thinking skills with a growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in asking questions or sharing ideas
- Strong qualitative judgment and quantitative aptitude
- Motivated to excel in a high-performing, team-based environment
