Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (On-call on weekends as needed)

Job Description:
- Repairs and upkeep: Perform a variety of general repairs, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks, to maintain the buildings, equipment, and residential areas.
- Groundskeeping: Assist with the upkeep of the grounds, including lawn maintenance, debris removal, and landscaping.
- Preventive maintenance: Performing preventive maintenance on equipment, such as HVAC units and other appliances.
- Safety inspections: Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Emergency response: Be available to respond to emergency repairs as needed.
- Resident and staff interaction: Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely and considerate manner.
- Experience in general maintenance work.
- Knowledge of standard tools and equipment related to maintenance and repair work.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current valid driver’s license as required to perform job duties.
