Position: Social Worker

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $81,200/Year

Experience:

• At least two years post-master’s experience in casework/permanency planning
• Experience working with youth who’ve had experiences with the Child Welfare system, Juvenile Justice system, and houselessness or who are housing insecure
  
  

Education: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field

Type: Full Time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, latest end time 7 PM

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Clinician/Social Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide clinical and casework services for youth and families
• Support permanency planning and coordinate care with community partners
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
• Participate in on-site meetings, interviews, and program activities
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Current Hawaiʻi State Professional Clinical License
• Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, and reliable insured vehicle
• TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Strong alignment with a non-hierarchical, integrity-driven, team-oriented culture
• Ability to interact effectively with youth from diverse backgrounds and challenging circumstances
