Experience: Geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Education: Current Hawaii LPN license required; CPR/First Aid certification required.

Schedule: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Implement infection control practices to ensure patient safety.
• Document care accurately using electronic charting systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient outcomes.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Ability to assess patient needs and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations and compliance standards.
• Basic computer skills for electronic medical records and charting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and strong attention to detail.
