Position: Travel Registered Nurse

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $75/hour

Experience: Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Education: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state required.

Type: Contract

Schedule: Evening shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Accurately document care and patient progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Ability to assess resident needs and prioritize care effectively.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise and support nursing assistants as needed.
• Compassion, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
