Pay: $81,200/year Full-Benefits Package

Experience:

• 2 years post-master's experience in casework/permanency planning

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour Shifts

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with youth, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide care using your strong knowledge of community resources and services
• Show understanding towards individuals from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate sensitivity to group and cultural differences
• Collaboration is key in this role—experience working across all levels of an organization and fostering positive workplace relationships is essential
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Hawaii (Required)
• Experience working with youth who have had involvement in the Child Welfare system, Juvenile Justice system, or who have experienced houselessness or housing insecurity is highly valued
• Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, and access to a privately owned vehicle with valid no-fault insurance
• First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
• Action-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong critical thinking skills with a growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in asking questions or sharing ideas
• Strong qualitative judgment and quantitative aptitude
• Motivated to excel in a high-performing, team-based environment
