WHY THIS JOB: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
A high-end real estate developer in Bozeman is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Controller and CFO, handling month-end close, financial reporting, and project accounting. You’ll also play a key role in company-wide initiatives, including a Sage Intacct implementation, evaluating new revenue streams, and supporting strategic projects.
This position is open because the current Senior Accountant was promoted into the Controller role. Employees tend to stay long-term here, making this a rare opportunity to join an innovative, tech-forward organization in the Valley. Instead of being stuck in a slow-moving environment, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and work closely with both the project management and executive teams.
The company prides itself on a warm, inclusive culture that values collaboration, trust, and long-term employee growth. They also embrace the Montana lifestyle—whether it’s skiing, hiking, or simply enjoying the outdoors, work-life balance is built into the culture. This is a purpose-driven organization with a strong vision for the future and a deep passion for the work they do.
If you’re looking for a stable yet growing company and want a genuine seat at the table, this is a great opportunity.
