Overview:
The Senior Accountant at Highline Partners plays a key role in supporting the Controller and the Accounting/Admin Team in day-to-day financial operations. This position requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Assist with accounting, auditing, and budgeting/forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Support insurance and payroll audits
- Prepare annual tax information and reports
- Manage company overhead accounts and credit card reconciliations
- Coordinate financial reports for Controller and leadership
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with Controller on internal controls and proforma analysis
- Assist in asset management and process improvements
- Cross-train to support team functions
Project Accounting
- Generate monthly client invoicing and manage A/R and A/P
- Review invoice coding and maintain vendor/subcontractor accounts
- Prepare checks and lien waivers; resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (construction billing experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
