Why this job – SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, cash forecasting, and performance analysis for a dynamic, growing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role bridges finance and operations to enhance decision-making, strengthen liquidity management, and drive strategic business performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning financial data into actionable insight that shapes company growth.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Develop and maintain detailed weekly cash forecasts with input from AR, AP, and Operations teams
- Track daily cash balances and provide recommendations to optimize spending and liquidity
- Support the preparation of Board of Directors materials, including 3-statement financial models and presentations
- Perform P&L, job, and variance analysis to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities
- Model key contract terms, including DSO, retainage collection, and billings/costs in excess
- Prepare insightful reports explaining actual versus forecasted cash results and business impacts
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent and transparent cash management practices
- Identify and implement process improvements leveraging technology and automation
- Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range financial planning
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements, consolidations, and forecasting principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with variance analyses
- Strong data analytic skills
- Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation $110K - $125K Bonus
- 100% in office – Westminster area

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
