What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision making
- Build and enhance financial models used to evaluate business opportunities and investments
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve results
- Improve planning, reporting, and financial management processes across the organization
- Develop meaningful executive reporting and performance metrics
- Mentor and lead a high-performing FP&A team
What You'll Need to Be Considered
- 10 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Leadership experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting
- Strong financial modeling expertise supporting strategic planning and capital allocation
- Experience partnering with executive leadership
- Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations
- Demonstrated success leading finance teams and driving process improvement initiatives
