Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary DOE annual incentives depending on transaction activity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review and analyze title and survey documentation
- Support commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and closings
- Prepare deeds, closing documents, basic leases, and related correspondence
- Track contract dates, deadlines, and outstanding transaction items
- Maintain organized transaction and corporate files
- Abstract leases and amendments and assist with ongoing lease administration
- Draft routine tenant and legal correspondence, including default and commencement letters
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Experience within real estate, title, commercial closings, or related transactional work
- Ability to review title and survey documentation
- Strong written communication and document-preparation skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Self-motivated, collaborative approach suited to a small-office environment
