What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the complete billing cycle, including customer setup, billing schedules, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Review contracts, SOWs, amendments, and pricing terms to determine accurate billing requirements.
- Manage recurring, subscription, and usage-based billing arrangements.
- Maintain billing processes within NetSuite and use Salesforce to validate customer and contract information.
- Manage AR collections, customer inquiries, disputes, and past-due balances.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, controls, reconciliations, and reporting.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience managing complex or non-standard billing arrangements.
- Ability to interpret contracts and translate terms into billing requirements.
- Strong customer-facing collections and dispute-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited oversight

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
