What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, journal entries, cash receipts, billing, and reconciliations
- Develop and coordinate annual operating and capital budgets
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reporting
- Oversee inventory controls, client billing, cash activity, and fixed asset records
- Partner with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Present financial information and budget recommendations to executive leaders and board committees
- Serve as a trusted advisor, promoting prudent financial management and strong internal controls
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 5 years of solid accounting
- Active CPA license required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting best practices
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to manage confidential financial information
- Strong MS Excel experience
