What You'll Be Doing
- Own P&L management, including revenue, margins, and profitability analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end close
- Manage AR, AP, and a small team executing those processes
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Build financial dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs from the ground up
- Track and analyze job-level profitability across restoration projects
- Establish stronger financial controls and scalable accounting processes
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Background in construction, restoration, or home services
- Job costing/ WIP/ percentage of completion accounting experience - REQUIRED
- Strong QuickBooks or equivalent ERP experience is a plus
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience building dashboards or KPIs is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
