Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
- Building cost accounting and variance reporting procedures
- Managing general ledger accuracy and month-end/year-end close
- Guiding budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis efforts
- Supervising accounting team members
- Providing financial insights to leadership and ensuring GAAP compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 7 years of sold accounting experience
- Experience leading ERP transitions
- Strong RECENT manufacturing background required
- Advanced Excel expertise
- CPA preferred
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Lean principles preferred
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
