Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Supplier Quality Management Consultant to partner with a leading Consumer Packaged Goods organization overseeing external contract manufacturers (CMOs). This individual will work within the Contract Manufacturing Quality team, acting as the primary point of contact between the client and their manufacturing partners. Key responsibilities include maintaining regular monthly communication, tracking and reporting quality KPIs, monitoring supplier performance, supporting CAPA and root cause investigations, reviewing batch records for product release, and providing data analysis. The role involves managing approximately 10 CMOs across the U.S. and internationally, requiring flexibility for varied time zones.
Required Skills & Experience
- Preferably 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Background in health-regulated industries
- Proven experience managing external manufacturing partners
