Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in master scheduling, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project.
- Experience in Database Management and/or Analytics capacity
- 3 years of communication skill to collaborate clearly, concisely, and consistently with team members, partners, customers, and business stakeholders
Position Responsibilities:
- Understands the integration of the scheduling and business systems.
- Analyzes and passes defect free data to downstream systems.
- Trains co-workers on the data integration between schedules and downstream systems, as well as processes used to pass the data.
- Represents the business systems in workshops for process improvements.
- Analyzes and integrates inputs.
- Understands integration of the data tables and software applications.
- Develops solutions to problems and applies process improvements.
- Initiates and implements internal process improvements. Independently determines and develops technical solutions.
- Utilizes process improvement methodology (e.g. value stream mapping, employee engagement techniques, flow reduction, etc.) and applies industrial engineering theories, principles, and concepts.
- Develops detailed integrated schedules, utilizing thorough understanding of scheduling processes, techniques and philosophies.
- Establishes working relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Analyzes operating schedules, document constraints, determine capacity and negotiate alternatives as required.
- Translates operating plans into appropriate systems/tools. Generates, edits, and validates schedule data.
- Develops presentations that portray the philosophy and techniques applied to build the schedules
- Performs project management tasks related to business information integration activities. Manages system changes and integration efforts.
- Gathers, interprets and integrates business information requirements and coordinates change activities.
- Develops, governs, and enhances information dashboards and reports.
- Develops and executes system readiness testing. Administers and monitors systems post-implementation.
- Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery.
