What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supplier Quality Specialist position at Joulé?
Title: Supplier Quality Specialist
Location: Remote
Hours: M- F 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: 6-month - 1 year contract
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Global Approved Supplier List (ASL) and reconciling supplier files including, but not limited to, Certifications, Quality Agreements, Assessments, and Audit Reports.
- Maintain files in SharePoint and supplier information will be input into Arena (eQMS).
- Additionally, employee will be responsible for requesting and following up on required documentation from suppliers as well as maintaining several Excel trackers.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of Quality Experience (quality assurance, quality control, quality systems, etc.) required
- Supply Chain experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Agile PLM preferred
- Experience with MS Suite – C&D uses Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Planner, etc.
