Required Skills & Experience
-5 years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience, including leading small-to-medium negotiations and running sourcing events
-Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, PowerQuery), TCO and price/cost analysis
-Working knowledge of commercial contracting (SLAs, warranties, data privacy, liability caps, confidentiality, basic IP) and experience partnering with Legal
-Proficiency with eSourcing and CLM tools; familiarity with spend analytics platforms
-Basic knowledge and use of AI Tooling (Gemini, Claude, Anthropic, etc.)
-Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Certifications preferred: CPSM, CIPS, CSCP (or in progress)
-Power BI/Tableau experience for data visualization

Job Description
The Strategic Sourcing Lead drives value delivery across assigned subcategories by leading low-to-medium complexity sourcing events, negotiating small-to-medium contracts under approved playbooks, performing advanced spend and market analyses, and improving supplier performance. This role operates with moderate autonomy, partners closely with cross-functional teams, and helps shape category plans through data-driven insights and disciplined execution. Responsibilities include:
-Manage and negotiate SaaS renewals: Maintain 12–18 month pipeline, oversee vendor contracts renewals and manage renewals
-Optimize spend: Analyze usage, right-size licenses, explore vendor consolidation, eliminate redundant apps.
-Lead negotiations: Use external pricing data to set negotiation targets, and apply playbooks (price locks, CPI caps, step-downs, proration, true-up relief, downgrade rights); create credible switch options.
-Contract oversight: Review terms, compare in Evisort, and ensure repository accuracy (no drafting of contracts involved).
-Vendor management: Maintain scorecards/QBRs; drive performance reviews, roadmaps, SLA tracking, remediation.
-Light sourcing: Run competitive quotes as needed; document outcomes.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
