T Service Desk Technician – Costa Mesa, CA
Pay: $20–$22.50/hr | Schedule: On-site, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM PST
Type: contract with potential conversion
Responsibilities:
- Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support; manage 20–60 tickets/week via ServiceNow
- Mac troubleshooting (imaging, installs, IAM resets)
- Support collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
- A/V setup for up to 3 events/week
- Basic Windows support (logins, password resets, software updates)
Preferred:
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- Passion for the outdoors (aligns with company culture)
