This position supports both field and office teams by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, dispatching service teams, and assisting the Accounting Manager with payment and payroll processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, vendor management, dispatching, or accounting support.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills to coordinate across teams, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
