Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate vegetation-related scheduling and dispatch activities across contractors and internal field teams.
- Serve as a communication hub for customers, vendors, and internal groups to ensure timely issue resolution and aligned expectations.
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining accurate records and professional service.
- Review, process, and track program documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely follow-through.
- Support program operations through data review, reporting, and contributing to workflow and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in forestry, environmental science, natural resources, communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in vegetation management, utilities, or similar regulatory environments.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industry practices; contractor oversight experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer/data management systems.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills with consistent attention to detail.
