Insight Global is looking for a Renewals Coordinator to plays a vital role in supporting a client company’s fire alarm, fire protection, and security services by managing service contract renewals and driving customer retention. This position involves proactively engaging with clients to ensure timely renewals, re-estimating contracts to reflect current service needs and pricing, and resolving any customer concerns prior to renewal deadlines. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high renewal rate, tracking contract timelines, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, along with experience in customer service or sales. Familiarity with fire protection systems is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 Years of experience dealing with contracts.
- This includes, increasing contract length, reviewing contract integrity, data migration, and outbound calls for renewals.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Prior administrative and basic outbound phone sales experience.
Compensation:
$22/hr to $24/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
