What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at Insight Global?
An Insight Global customer in the 3PL industry is in need of a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will be supporting customers in the alcohol and spirits accounts team. The main responsibility in this role is to ensure on time delivery of goods and to accommodate any and all customer inquiries, issues, etc. This is a hybrid role with mandatory onsite T-Th and remote Fridays and Saturdays. Shift for this role is 8:00am-5:00pm CST. This position will be based out of their office in Fort Worth, TX.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to handle vague customer issues in a timely manner with an emphasis on customer service
- A track record of strong problem solving skills
- Strong email skills: timely, well written, savvy with outlook and Microsoft teams
- Strong people skills
- A passion to grow and develop in the role
