Job Purpose / Overview

You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of data for inbound shipments.
Job Duties / Essential Functions

Timely and accurate input of information required to coordinate shipment movement from foreign origin to domestic destination.

Timely and accurate input of data to prepare Importer Security Filings.

Efficient tracking of freight both online and via phone communication channels.

Timely upload and review of inbound documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Ensure efficient and timely data entry to meet processing targets and deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Regular audits of entered data to maintain data integrity and identify any discrepancies.

Completion of departmental and/or customer account-specific tasks as requested by managers.

Contribution to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
