American Diamond Logistics (ADL) is a fully licensed Domestic and International third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in FTL and LTL shipments through Dry Vans, Refrigerated Trucks, Flat Beds, and Intermodal providers along with Air Freight/Ocean coverage for international markets. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator that is ready to join a fast pace team that has been experiencing rapid growth. This position will collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate the management of shipments from inception to delivery. Responsibilities
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally
- Be a liaison between customers and carriers
- Data entry of orders and third-party information in our proprietary TMS software
- Maintain data integrity in our proprietary TMS software
- Select qualified carriers to help meet customer expectations
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Preparing transportation-related documents for customers and carriers
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Collect transportation-related documents from carriers
- Provide solutions and utilize problem-solving skills when issues arise
- Communicate issues with co-workers and managers
- Communicate with the sales team about customer needs and requirements
- Maintain customer accounts and monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 2 years of Transportation or Logistics industry experience preferred.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have demonstrated critical thinking skills and be process oriented.
- Possess strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Organized: Must be highly organized, can multi-task, has good time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal: Must possess strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) - Preferred
- Self-motivation: Having a positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and the initiative to work independently.
- Conflict resolution: Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with others. Know how to be persuasive with the ability to stay calm.
This position offers a competitive base salary.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
