Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ISD Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for our Infor Lawson applications during a critical transition period. This role is a backfill for an existing manager moving to an ERP implementation project. The ISD Manager will ensure continuity of services, manage a team of analysts and programmers, and maintain system stability while Oracle ERP is implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Lawson applications, including Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Manage a team of 14 (with approximately half allocated to project work), providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of requests and work orders.
- Handle mini-projects and incident resolution related to Lawson applications.
- Coordinate with other IT groups and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Ensure team readiness and resource allocation for ongoing operational needs.
- Shadow current manager during onboarding to understand existing processes and maintain continuity.
- Manage additional integrated systems such as Warehouse Management, Pyxis, and Just-in-Time Ordering systems.
- Maintain stability and “keep the lights on” without major process overhauls during Oracle implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an ISD Manager or similar leadership role in IT application management.
- Strong background in Infor Lawson, particularly Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and adapt to evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lawson HR and Payroll modules.
- Familiarity with integrated systems such as Warehouse Management, Pyxis, and Just-in-Time Ordering.
