HRIS Administrator
We are seeking an HRIS Administrator to join the Payroll and Benefits team, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HRIS software and related HR systems. You will manage and process employee data, generate reports, and ensure all HR data systems comply with regulations. You will report directly to the HRIS Department Manager and work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and the VP of Compensation and Benefits.

To thrive as our HRIS Administrator, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HRIS, with solid technical and problem-solving skills
- Solid skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
Your responsibilities as the HRIS Administrator will include:
- Assist with maintaining, customizing, and upgrading HRIS systems, including Dayforce, Paradox, and Wrike, with a focus on the Applicant Tracking System
- Manage user permissions, access, personalization, and system settings for HRIS users
- Build reports and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to recommend and implement system improvements while ensuring compliance and efficiency
