Innovex is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support and maintain our SAP SuccessFactors platform. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Humble, TX. If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about data accuracy in HR systems, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
✔Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
✔Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and data privacy standards.
✔Support the HR team with reporting and data validation tasks.
✔Respond to user requests and troubleshoot basic system issues.
✔Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment and data consistency.
✔Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
✔1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems, or data entry roles.
✔Prior exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
✔Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
✔Comfortable working with Excel and handling confidential information.
