We are seeking a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Cypress, TX. The HRIS Manager will manage and maintain HRIS systems to enhance organizational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include overseeing HRIS operations, analyzing business processes, managing employee benefits administration, and leading HRIS-related projects. The role also involves collaborating with HR teams, maintaining data accuracy, and implementing system enhancements as needed.
- Proficiency in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and understanding system functionalities
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and utilize complex data effectively
- Experience in Business Process improvement and optimization
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related compliance requirements
- Project Management skills, including the ability to lead and execute HRIS implementation or enhancement projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
