Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Fire Alarm Programming Technician is responsible for overseeing the configuration, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm systems across diverse commercial and industrial projects. This role ensures compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and customer specifications while delivering high-quality, reliable life safety solutions. Key responsibilities include leading system programming efforts, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring junior technicians, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and performance goals. The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of fire alarm control panels, networking protocols, and integration with building automation systems, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
