Warehouse Operations Supervisor

About the role Are you a driven leader with a passion for delivering technical solutions to both internal and external customers? We are looking for a Supv Operations to provide immediate supervision, assign tasks, maintain schedules, and verify the quality of technical service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that Insight's personnel are meeting and exceeding client expectations, while providing day-to-day supervision for the team's administrative functions. As a Supervisor Operations you will: Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area. Manage daily activities, assess the efficiency, and implement changes as necessary. Develop business practices to address the needs of Service Delivery, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management. Build and maintain relationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with Service Management to deliver an integrated solution adhering to industry best practices. Provide support for both internal and external customers, monitoring activities to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical, multitasking, and time management skills. Demonstrated leadership ability and team player. Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
