About the role

Along the way, you will get to:

• Resources will be assigned to work hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday, local standard time or other mutually agreed upon working hours. Resources will adhere to Contractor paid time off (“PTO”) policies.
• Resources will update Company's ITAM system at the 10 Hub locations listed above based on inbound and outbound asset movement. The updates will be limited to: State, Substate, Assigned To, Managed By, Stock Room, Comments and Reserved for in the asset table. If required, resources will provide access to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) asset inventory to Company identified personnel stored at the 10 locations listed above.
• Resources will conduct monthly ITAM and stockroom data validation. at the 10 locations listed above.
• Resources will update any movement of the devices in the asset management system of record.
• Resources will manage stock levels based off run rate and adjust as needed for seasonal business needs.
• Resources will ensure stock is compliant for deployment requirements.
• Resources will inspect, wipe and prepare for return to central warehouse as required per company procedures.
• Resources will facilitate advance replacement exchange from local stock when user is unable to work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resources will follow Company's job safety analysis (“JSA”) per the specific requirements at each location for each state.
• Volume of acceptable daily/monthly tasks will be mutually agreed upon by Contractor and Company. Additional required volume may require additional resources.
• Resources will perform additional tasks related to Company’s information technology deskside support (“Deskside Support”) and/or On-Demand Project work as requested by the Company and agreed to by the Contractor.

• Requests for Deskside Support tasks to be performed must be made via the mutually agreed to request process by the appropriate Company personnel.
• Deskside Support will be performed by the Contractor with a lower priority than the typical Hub Deployment Manager responsibilities defined in this Attachment B.
• Deskside Support tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Assist with asset deployment from reimaging (if necessary) to customer login and Outlook launch.
  • Wiping returned PCs
  • Whan applicable and time permits reimage and provision returned system to replenish good stock.
  • Support new project activities such as:
    • Turn around maintenance events
    • Device preparation for interns
    • Support rollout rooms for major site deployments
