In this vital role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Electrical Construction Operations through a variety of exciting responsibilities. From operating machinery to delivering essential construction materials, your work will directly contribute to our projects’ success. You'll engage in hands-on fabrication, welding, and maintenance, all while collaborating closely with our talented field personnel and project managers.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and Operate Equipment: Ensure our company equipment is running smoothly and efficiently, performing routine maintenance to keep everything up to our high standards.
- Engage with the Team: Regularly operate company machinery—like mini-excavators and skid steers—at various customer sites, working in tandem with our skilled team.
- Concrete Projects: Take the lead on concrete forming, pouring, and finishing, contributing to the foundation of our projects.
- Material Delivery: Transport and deliver supplies and inventory between our warehouses and project locations, ensuring our teams have what they need when they need it.
- Communicate Effectively: Facilitate seamless communication among field personnel, project managers, and warehouse staff to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate for Improvement: Work with management to continuously refine processes, enhancing our support to field personnel and optimizing warehouse operations.
- Promote a Safe Environment: Keep our warehouse and work sites clean, safe, and compliant with all safety regulations, contributing to a positive work culture.
- Assist with Special Projects: Take on various projects, from building maintenance to tool inspections, showcasing your diverse skill set and adaptability.
- REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- PREFERRED:
- Experience in diesel and hydraulic repair.
- Proficiency in welding.
