  • Serve as a key leader during crisis events and an integral member of the emergency response team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of progressive safety and/or process safety experience in chemical, petrochemical, or heavy industrial settings.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910.119 PSM, OSHA General Industry standards, DOT, and DHS regulations.
  • Proven success in driving safety culture change and implementing strategic safety initiatives.
  • Experience with Behavior-Based Safety programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field - desirable

Preferred:

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent credential.
  • Experience with fire protection systems, emergency response, and medical monitoring.
  • Formal training in PHA/LOPA methodologies and PHA software.
  • Strong background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident investigation.
