INFINITEK are working with one of our key clients and looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead their Energy division's commercial strategy and execution. This senior executive role is pivotal in accelerating growth, enhancing client relationships, and expanding the company's national market presence. You'll work cross-functionally with operational, technical, and marketing leaders—delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Energy industry.
Requirements:
- Lead the national sales strategy for the Energy business
- Build and manage a dynamic team of sales professionals
- Drive key account growth and client retention across upstream, midstream, and downstream markets
- Represent the company at industry events and shape go-to-market strategies
- Align pricing, contracts, and service delivery to maximize customer value and profitability
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- 10 years of executive-level sales leadership in the Energy sector (field/lab services preferred)
- Proven success in growing revenue and leading multi-regional sales teams
- Strong knowledge of Energy markets and service delivery models
- A data-driven, strategic mindset with exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA a plus)
- Willingness to travel (~50%)

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
