Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a Product Commercialization Analyst to support our client at their culinary center. This is a 40 hours/week contract role supporting a fast-paced culinary and product testing environment. The role is onsite and requires candidates to be local to Irvine, CA, working closely with cross-functional culinary and quality teams.

- Support product evaluation and food sampling activities within the Culinary Center
- Take food samples, collect and record technical and sensory data, and perform quality checks
- Complete detailed logs, evaluation forms, and documentation of testing results and findings
- Prepare and coordinate product cuttings and evaluation sessions with culinary and cross-functional teams
- Evaluate food products against technical specifications and organoleptic (sensory) standards
- Report results of product evaluations, summarize findings, and communicate next steps
- Support kitchen test operations including receiving, labeling, and organizing sample shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of testing and kitchen areas
- Utilize analytical tools as needed (e.g., texture analyzer, colorimeter, viscosity meter)
- Location: Irvine, CA
- Contract role with potential to extend
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour days
- Environment: Onsite culinary/test kitchen setting
- 2–4 years of experience in Food Technology, QA, or R&D within the food industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related biological science preferred (or equivalent experience)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to consume all food groups including meat, dairy, and spicy foods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document results accurately
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
